STEM Christmas Activities in the Classroom

 STEM Christmas Activities can get students engaged and having fun the last few weeks before the holidays, while learning important STEM concepts. 

Creating a Newspaper Christmas Tree is an easy and inexpensive way to get students thinking critical and problem solving as they plan, design, and create the tallest Christmas tree! Students measure their trees as they work to create the tallest tree that is free standing.  

Candy Cane Christmas Trees: Students use candy canes and rubberbands to create the tallest standing structure. 

STEM Christmas Light Circuits gives students an opportunity to explore energy and create circuits using Christmas Lights.
