Wow!
Book Character Day was such a success! It’s always a challenge to find the
perfect costume to fit a favorite book. Time! Juggling Schedules, & Red Ribbon Week~What to Wear on Book Character Day? These teachers and students always meet the challenge.
I
love the bright crayon costumes. The
Day the Crayons Quit is a favorite book in the younger grades. There are several great crayon books: The Day the Crayons Came Home, The Crayon Book That Talked, & Harold and the Purple Crayon.
Pete
the Cat
is also a favorite on Book Character Day.
I love all the different Pete the Cat books, such a great variety of
books. I love the shoes! So fun!
I
love the pig costumes! (So fun with the boots)
I love the different versions of The Three Little Pigs: The Three Little Javelinas, The Three Little Cajun Pigs, & The True Story of the Three Little Pigs.
Have
You Filled Someones Bucket Today? Everyone needs their bucket filled and what a great
bright and fun costume to wear. Yes!
If
You Give a Mouse a Cookie, If You Give a Cat a Cupcake, If You Give a Dog a
Donut, If You Give a Pig a Pancake, & If You Give a Moose a Muffin are all
great books to use. I love how each
teacher had a food item! So Yummy!
Among
the Hidden
Can
you see them? These third children are
hidden. The Shadow Children book series
is a great read for older grades! I can’t wait to start this series in my
